These terms apply to your use of Present, a voice-based daily check-in application created by Yelena Zhu. By using Present, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Present asks you a short question each day, lets you answer by voice or text, transcribes your answer, and generates AI-assisted reflections — a one-line summary, keywords, and recurring-pattern analysis across your check-ins ("Patterns" and "For future you"). Present does not give advice or judge your answers; it only reflects back what you said. Some features require an internet connection and access to third-party services.
You keep ownership of the voice recordings, transcripts, notes, saved check-ins, and goal data you create. You are responsible for the content you record, save, or share from Present.
You agree not to use Present to create, store, or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
Present uses AI services for transcription, summarization, keyword extraction, and pattern analysis across your check-ins. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or inappropriate for your context. You should review AI-generated content before relying on it.
Present does not provide legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other professional advice.
You may use Present in guest mode locally on one device, or create an account for cloud sync across devices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure. Present may suspend or limit access if there is suspected abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Present is currently free to use, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be offered exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system, with prices and terms shown before purchase and subject to Apple's payment and refund rules.

Present is provided as available. Features may change, pause, or be removed. Present may be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, provider outages, app store requirements, or other causes outside our control.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Present is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the app, AI outputs, third-party services, or content you create.
You may stop using Present at any time. Present may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use the app abusively.
These terms may be updated as Present changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
